WHEN IS DEPRESSION CONSIDERED SEVERE?

The depression is considered severe when the person suffers:

1.Insomnia, early morning wakefulness or sleeping too much.
2.Pessimism and hopelessness.
3.Restlessness.
4.Feeling of guilt, worthylessness.
5.Overeating or appetite loss.
6.Aches, headaches and cramps.
7.Digestive problems, that dont get better, even with treatment.
8.Persistent sadness.

Don't be a victim of depression.. let's all learn to overcome it🤗overcome depression 💯
